Requesting support

To request support or interact with a live support agent, select the support icon in the left corner of the screen

 

 

Support contact form

The support form is routed directly to the support desk. Learners will need to provide the following information to assist support in addressing support needs:

  • Email address
  • The community name
  • A detail description of the support need
